These terms describe the Pixel to Sculpture account and project-draft preview.
The service today
Pixel to Sculpture is operated by Wilson Chen. You can browse inspiration, sign in, create private projects and upload reference images for queued 3D generation. Completed GLB models can be viewed and downloaded. Generation depends on worker availability and may take time or fail. You may request a quote for a physical print of a completed model. A request is not a purchase or a promise of fulfillment; printability, materials, delivery and the total price must be reviewed first. Checked STL conversion and model downloads are included; physical prints remain quote-first. Gallery artwork illustrates creative possibilities and is not a guarantee of a generated result.
Your account and projects
Use an account you are authorized to access and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You retain your rights in your project content. You allow us to store, process and display your submitted project details and images to provide the service, including creating a 3D model. Studio uploads are processed on the operator’s GPU computer and stored privately in Azure.
Your generated models
You own the models, STLs and other outputs generated from your projects, subject to the rights you hold in the underlying images. We claim no ownership of your outputs and add no restrictions beyond these terms: use them for personal, commercial, game or print purposes as your rights allow. Outputs are produced by AI models running on the operator's hardware; AI reconstruction can introduce geometric or texture errors, so verify outputs before any safety-critical or commercial use. Generated models are previews of the underlying generation stack and are not certified for any regulated purpose.
Acceptable use
Use only content you have the right to use. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, access another person’s account or projects, disrupt the service or bypass its security controls. Access may be restricted to address misuse or protect the service.
Monthly plan preview
The displayed monthly prices and credit allowances are proposed launch plans. Paid subscriptions are not available yet. Exploring a plan does not create a subscription or collect payment. Early-access model creation currently requires invitation access. Billing, renewal, credit use and cancellation details will be presented before paid plans become available. Physical print quotes remain separate.
Preview limitations
Features may change, and the preview may be unavailable or contain errors. Keep your own copies of important information and images. Nothing on the website certifies a future 3D model as safe or suitable for a particular printer or use. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law gives you.

Our privacy notice explains how account and project information is handled. For help or an account deletion request, contact support@pixeltosculpture.com.
Changes
We may update the preview and these terms. Any future paid service or materially different image-processing feature will have its applicable details presented before use.
